pinetown cars very bad service total flop

On 9 april I went to pine town cars I seen citi mk1 2009 model.I really liked this car I decided to apply for vehicle finance,I met sales man Terrence very pleasant good sales man.he taken all my details,gave him all necessary documents,on Saturday I went to find out results I was approached by keith sales manager saying I was approved.then later declined due to validation.the reason I did not have home bond and my business not on white pages.I told keith all my accounts up to date my business is fully registered.all documents wear given.he showed me wesbank letter.I decided to investigate this matter.next day app**** threw another dealership in veeringing Johannesburg,the lady from the dealership informed me I was approved by wesbank and validation was approved.I went back to pinetown cars on 12 april 2016 .to inform keith he kept insisting that I was declined I was talking **** and must prove to him bring the car and wesbank papers that I am approved. I went to Johannesburg on 15 april.brought the car down to pinetown to show keith .he was very rude and bad attitude didn't want to see the car to prove him wrong .he made me stupid I am going report pinetown cars to motor industry
