PINETOWN CARS SOLD MY TRADE-IN WITHOUT SETTLING THE BANK

I did a trade-in deal with Pinetown Cars but have found out that they sold my trade-in vehicle WITHOUT settling the bank. The dealership has closed and none of the staff can give me answers. I am now sitting with vehicle payments for TWO cars that I am liable for!!!!!
