Pinetown Cars Sold me an overpriced s**** car

I appreciate Kashan's effort, the salesman at Pinetown Cars, in helping me get the car. I trusted him enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it physically and test driving it since I’m based in Gauteng, Soweto and the vehicle was in KZN, Pinetown at the time. Despite the fact that it took him a week after payment to get the car delivered to me, on the 7th Oct 2019, claiming he's been preparing the vehicle mechanical issues, electricals and licensing, the vehicle had an engine light on when it got to me, the headlights were not focused & not bright, timing chain, fan belt, water pump and camshafts were noisy, battery cover and engine covers missing. I took the car to G&C Performance for diagnosis and the report quote was R33 150,00. I sent the diagnosis report to Kashan at Pinetown Cars, which his manager, Keith, claimed its expensive and then arranged for the car to be taken to Revs Auto in Kya Sand, it was again arranged for it to be collected from me on Monday 21 October 2019, which didn’t happen and so I decided to take the car there the following day Tuesday 22 October. The car stayed there for 4 weeks and only the timing chain, not the entire chain kit was replaced. For the past year that i have had it I hardly ever use it because its s****py and i'm taking it easy on it, but now the oil pump is also dying. The car always complaints about oil pressure and level. On the 26 of march this year, 2020, i sent Kashan an email requesting him to send me my car documents because he delivered the car without its document but only a copy, he never responded to my email and the traffic department requires the original document in order to register the car in Gauteng. My biggest concern is that the car was overpriced at R175000 with a mileage of 275 000 km, more especially considering the mechanical condition it was in, and yet the bank wants its monthly payment despite all this dilemma
