Pinetown cars ***** dealership

Pinetown cars have been impossible to deal with since purchasing a VW Amarok from them. We traded in a vehicle which they didn’t settle with the bank. We were made to pay half of the costs for a roadworthy which was not done, spent ages begging them to get the vehicles disc sorted and now the latest issue is that the vehicle has broken down twice. They sold us a warranty for the vehicle which is not valid without pre delivery service proof which they cannot provide but rather sent us a job card on their letterhead. We have requested to return the vehicle and receive no responses to our emails and when we call are constantly told that they are awaiting feedback from their dealer principal who is never around or available. They tried to get us to sign a letter stating that they wouldn’t be liable for any issues with the vehicle which we refused to sign. Extremely ***** pathetic dealership.
