NEVER TRY PINETOWN CARS .THEY HAVE VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a second hand vehicle Hyundai Elantra 2014 model in a company called Pinetown Cars in December 2017.Vehicle was delivered by the company called Siqondanqo all the way from Pinetown to Mthatha EC and when I was test driving the car I observed that there was noise next to the right front wheel.I asked the guy who delivered the vehicle to come and witness the noise and he did and I asked a go ahead from him and he said I must call the dealer because he is just sent to deliver the vehicle .I called their branch manager Mr Keith and promised to repair the vehicle,I went to Hyundae EL and got a quote as we dont have hyundai in Mtata and told him and after about two months he told me to repair the vehicle at my cost because they are not going to do that.I handed over the matter to Scorpion legal and an attorney nominated by them said I must fix the vehicle myself then go to him again for claiming purposes from Pinetown Cars.So far I dont have money for the vehicle repair and I would like you to help me in relate to this matter.
