extra ordinary customer service !!!

i recently purchased a vehicle from pine town cars and i dealt with a sales person by the name of Terrance who was the most helpful individual that i have ever met. He was able to get the deal sorted out for my vehicle in under a week, there initially were a few things which i was unhappy with about the vehicle and he was able to get everything done on the vehicle at no extra expense and in no time at all, he reassured me that if there was anything that i was unhappy about that he would rectify it.This is the second time that i have purchased a vehicle but the first time receiving such outstanding service such as this. He was helpful enough to bring my vehicle to me at my place of work in order for me to view the vehicle and also to take it for a test drive to which i was very happy about. I work all the way on the other side of durban as i work in mount edgecombe and he brought the vehicle from the dealership in pinetown to my place of work. Even though i have taken delivery of my car for more than a week now, he still checks up to see if im happy with the deal and goes the extra mile on issues that he doesnt really need to. After dealing with Terrance i wouldnt want to deal with any other sales person again and i will definitely be coming back for future purchases and i would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Terrance from pinetown cars who treats you not just as a customer but more like a close friend.
