Dealer hasn't settled my vehicle yet after 2.5months

I sold my vehicle to Keith at Pinetown Cars on 31st March. Sadly, to date the vehicle has not yet been settled with the bank despite numerous requests to Keith to do so after my monthly installment went off my account.
