Absolutely Disgusted

We have been having the same problem as a previous comment. We done our trade-in in August 2019, they pushed for the sale and worked be very fast. We have been requesting the paperwork and as well as the pos. And they keep saying they sending it. After the first debit order went off they deposit money into our account and apologized. And now again and then it was some excuse about the owners daughter dying and so forth. I'm sure our car has even been sold already.
