No Bank Name from Debtors Clerk to be able to do deposit.

Want to do School Fees Payment, but don't know which bank to use. Sent numerous e-mails and tried calling. No response. A letter from a Debtors Clerk, was sent with Account Number, but no Bank Name. One would think that a Debtors Clerk will know that Bank Name is applicable and should mention all details, to be able to make a deposit. One then question the day to day runnings of this School, if basic information can't be provided.
