Worst management team ever

We are a small growing office and have preempted the parking we need for our staff, we have been paying faithfully and going about our business in this office for about a year now, no matter how many times we have pleaded and ask the Pineslopes office management to regulate the people entering the office park they have actively chosen to ignore it and have done nothing. This is the third time in 3days where Myself and my other ***orkers have arrived at work just to find our parking has been taken. Not just by strangers they have no record of but today by a construction truck (who by the way shouldn't be parking in an office block anyway). This is my and others place of business, and punctuality and time management is something we take very seriously. There is no other space to park available, so this means spending the first hour of every day trying to track down the security and the person who park on our parking. This is an hour out of every day wasted. Pineslopes thats at R300 an hour and Im not the only employee this happens to. If you cant sort this out refund us the entire years \parking bay fees""
