Pinelake Marina not the same.

I have been coming to Pinelake Marina for the last 20 years and been experiencing some sub service over the last couple of years. It's time to move on to better holiday destinations. Attending to your complaints fall on deaf ears. I have complaint about guests that play load music at the pool area. I was promised a manager will attend. Unfortunately no response +-40min. Phoned again to complain at the reception office. Yet another 30 to 40min later nothing. I am here on holiday and I respect others that do the same. Why must I be forced to listen to other people's music when I want to relax with my family and enjoy the facilities. Very disappointed with this holiday resort
