Pathetic experience

I was at the Pine Crest Centre Yesterday I had a very disgusting experience mostly from 2 Indians I believe they still need to go for either a training or workshop on how to respond to a complaint and to treat people they’re so *********** and very defensive all in all I had a very pathetic experience .
