Quality should always be the top priority. I purchased the Tuesday special for R129, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food quality. The meal was excessively oily, and there was blood on the meat, which is completely unacceptable. While offering specials may help increase sales, it should never come at the expense of food quality. Customers expect the same standard regardless of whether they are purchasing a special or a regular menu item. Unfortunately, my experience at the Pinecrest branch did not meet those expectations. I would also like to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Noxolo at the cashier. She was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I truly appreciate her positive attitude. My complaint is solely about the quality of the food, not the service she provided.
