Pine Wood Worx *****
I am writing this review about Pine Wood Worx. I contacted Joe Dean Nel regarding a bed I wanted to have made for my daughters birthday. I received a quotation and paid a 50% deposit on 13th January 2026. I was advised that the bed would take approximately three weeks to complete. After allowing the two weeks to pass 26 Jan 2026, I contacted him to enquire about the progress but my messages did not go through. I could not get hold of him on any of the numbers. Messages went unanswered, phone calls went straight to voicemail and no response to emails. I have since had to buy a different bed as this is going nowhere. Based on my experience, I urge others to not place orders with this guy and to not pay any deposit as this guy seems to be a ***** taking your honest earned money and disappearing with it. No communication and no product.

With a heavy heart, I am writing this review about Pine Wood Worx. https://www.facebook.com/share/1DZtsLspy1/ I contacted Joe Dean Nel regarding a bed I wanted to have made for my son. I visited his home to view his work in person, as pictures can be deceiving, and from what I saw, the furniture appeared to be of good quality. I received a quotation and paid a 50% deposit. I was advised that the bed would take approximately three weeks to complete. After allowing the full three weeks to pass, I contacted him to enquire about the progress. After a delayed response on WhatsApp, I was informed that the bed was completed and would be delivered the following week. This delivery did not take place. What followed were repeated delays, excuses, and very poor communication. Messages went unanswered, phone calls were not returned, and promised delivery dates were not honoured. I eventually drove to his house to check on the progress, but he did not come out to speak to me or provide any reassurance. I manage to collect the bed myself because christmas will come sooner. Unfortunately what i receive to what I saw was not the same. What I paid for was not delivered. I would also like to note that comments and reviews on his Facebook pages have since been disabled, which makes it difficult for customers to raise concerns or share their experiences publicly. Based on my experience, I urge others to be extremely cautious before paying any deposit. My intention with this review is to warn and protect other consumers from experiencing the same situation.
