Absolutely disgusting service

The service that my contractor received from Pine Timbers was absolutely disgusting and the lady that he dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake when receiving an order. The order was for melamine PG bison boards to make a book shelf and we were supp**** with melamine sheets. Now I have to pay for another delivery to correct the mistake and I am going to have all these sheets that I have no use for. This order was submitted in writing and the lady is adamant that it was not her fault and we must absorb all additional costs.
