Pathetic Service: Pine Perfect Ontekkers, Princess, Roodepoort

Zero rating - I purchased bunkbeds on Saturday the 1st February 2020 at Pine Perfect Ontdekkers, Roodepoort (Princess) which was delivered today. A guy by the name of Shaun/Sean came to install with his colleague and the first bed they were assembling broke immediately which alarmed me. So the owner was called and said they cannot make me a bed with a thicker wood which I suggested. He was rude, raised his voice saying I must not waste his time and for cancellation I have to take a 10% handling fee which was never disclosed to me and also not stated on the receipt. Even if it was stated on the receipt, it would still be ********* since the issue is the poor quality that evidently proved itself. The owner must learn to respect customers and learn to conduct business with integrity. I demand my full refund!
