Andre from Pine ******s. We order a chest of drawers to be manufactured by Andre, we visited his premises to confirm that it is a legitimate business that does manufacturing. He requested a deposit for the manufacturing and promised goods to be delivered within a 2-3week time frame. As the 2 week mark reached we reqeust images of the progress. He promised to send pictures via whatsapp that evening or the next day which we never received. Again we phoned and requested images. With no response to our reqeust. We then asked for a refund to our surprise he could not pay back and asked for a 6month repayment plan, to pay off our deposit. We passed his premises after our refund reqeust with no drawers in sight within his premises.
