Weekend getaway

We stayed at the lodge for the weekend, the receptionist couldn't calculate the amount payable correctly, secondly we were eaten alive by fleas, the rooms were only services after 11am so we were never sure if the staff were comming or not. Lastly they have a free pony cart ride at 10am and 2pm the kids missed the ride twice as the cart was full the last day we got there half an hour early and after 45 min no show went to ask at reception only to be advised that we should have booked it, not once did they ever mention it prior or when all the kids from the resort that couldn't get and were turned away that a booking was required
