Unacceptable Service

We made use of the facilities on the night of 30th December 2022. To our dismay the condition of the rooms and surroundings were not acceptable:

1. The curtains had holes in them. 2. The "braai area" was not cleaned. Bones from the previous occupants were lying on the floor and in the braai. 3. There was a broken tile in the bathroom. 4. Towels were only delivered an hour after arrival. 5. The garden was unkept. You could see that the grass was not cut for a while. 6. There was litter under the wooden deck. 7. The carpets in the rooms were not clean, had brown stains. 8. There was a black bag left on the ground opposite the unit which caused ******s scattering ******* all over. Even though warnings are up all around the lodge. 9. Our neighbours played music after the cut-off time.

This is just some of our concerns mentioned.

We definitely would not recommend this facility.
