Sub standard accomodation

We booked through booking .com booked and paid for a self catering unit did not get one upon arrival got one for our final and second night. They are still discussing a "refund" with management apparently? The carpets in the chalets are dirty you cannot walk barefoot, the chalets are smelling of sickning toilet freshner. They definately need new bedding (ciarette burn marks on bedding). The facilities such as pool tables, darts you cannot use. At the pool areas there are dirty bottles and cans and tissue paper everywhere. The fish ponds are filled with dirty stinking water. Keep your breath when you are walking underneath Ziggy's on your way to the beach the smell is very bad. I am sorry but never ever will I stay there again. Pine Lodge unfortunately has cured me from ever coming back to PE.
