Bad service

After months of communication to get a group booking for our guests, we were appalled by the service we received on the 29 September. Our guests arrived and their chalets were booked out to other people. Our guests did not receive the chalets that were given to them. This is so upsetting because people have travelled from all over the country only to arrive and get the service that they received. An 8 sleeper that did not have enough utensils, crockery etc for the amount of people staying there,no hot water, guests had to move in and out of chalets because of this. Upon booking out, managers were there but not a single apology was given. The staff are very defensive and won't take responsibility for the mishap. Completely put off by this place. Never again
