Pinelake Marina *******

The worst *********. I booked through Hotel.com for a Holiday in September. It Said Pay Later. Next morning not even 12 hrs later money is deducted from my account.

Holiday is for end of September.

Contacted Hotel. Com and Pinelake Marina for refund.

Pinelake Marina deducted 10% off my money which they weren't suppose to take in the 1st place.

I lost R379 to an error which wasn't my error to begin with.

Please do not book with Pinelake Marina.
