Pathetic Resort with pathetic management

On the morning of the 23rd February, I made a booking for the entire week from the 23rd departing the 28th. On arrival there was a notice to inform visitors that the warm water pool is out of order. The lady said the pool gave issues in the day and this is the reason why I was not informed. I already drove all the way from Cape Town. No way I was turning back. The weather was still nice on that day as well as the Tuesday. after consulting certain weather applications, I found that the weather would be rainy and overcast for the week. Today I then called the reception to enquire if I could be refunded for the days that I still have left. The lady who is the front manager gave me quite some lip. I informed her that certain precautions should be in place should your facilities become faulty. I never went to Goudini spa or Avalon springs to find there heated pools are faulty, surely you should have backup. She then said she needed to discuss it with the manager and he also said that it is against there terms and conditions to give a refund, but yet you the one breaking them with me. Im sitting indoors as it is raining and cant make use of a warm pool. THIS IS PATHETIC!! Y
