FALSE ADVERTISING!

<p>I made a booking with Jeanne for accomodation in May 2018 and was told the amount i need to pay is R2610.00. However when i first did a availibility check on their site, the amount for my stay was R1827.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>When querying this with Jeanne, she said she would take this up with her manager.</p> <p>I asked if i should rather then book online for R1827.00 and she advsied not to as she would sort the issue out so that i can pay using my initial booking that she had done.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous follow ups I finally received an email from the manager advising that "the was a glitch in their system, and that the total to be paid for my stay is R2610"!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How is this my problem!!????</p> <p>I would have booked the accomodation online for R1827.00! However Jeanne said not to as she would sort the issue out!</p> <p> </p> <p>Any customer orientated company would know that whatever price the customer sees, is the price they will pay!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
