Unfairly Treated

My sister-in-law booked the place for the family for the weekend as it was her birthday and we were having a good time, music not too loud as other houses were also making quite a lot of noise. Every half hour to a hour the security will come to us asking to turn down the music but it seemed like it was just for us as others were consistently playing loud music without any hassles. The next day, Saturday, it was even worse as they told us not to turn down the music but to switch it completely off when on the other side of the place the people were singing karaoke loud and making a noise but yet we had to switch our music off. We then had to pack up the Sunday to be out of the house by 11am and as in the past like we did we thought we could still use the day camping facilities and we even ask 2 securities if it was ok and they said it was fine, we just needed to park our cars by a vacant house and so we did and enjoyed ourselves for almost 2 hrs and that's when they came to chase us out of the pools and told us we needed to leave as we needed to be out by 11am. We had children with us and it was totally embarrassing being put out so abruptly. Like that they will lose their customers
