Booked at Pine cottages Spoke to the owner who states everything is operational get to the unit the play are is a mess. The room aircon doesnt work. The lights inside room doesnt work. On booking .com it states free cancellations. All i want is my full refund i was there 5mins and i returned the keys i couldnt have stayed there!!! I want my refund!
