Worst Garage owner in Bloemfontein

Worst owner in Bloemfontein. After taking my car to them twice before, paying R900 and R800, I called them informing them that my starter is not working again. For 3 hours I waited for them to pick up my car, called them hourly, only to have the owner tell me on the third time he will call him driver and call me back after half an hour. When he did call back I was informed to either pay R3400 addition for a new starter or to have my R800 refunded. When I mearly asked the insulant owner why they told me to wait they will come pick up the car only to be told later that it will only happen if I pay the R3400 for a new starter he told me it is not his problem, proceeded to yell and scream at myself and a friend. When asked why he is asking like this he started blaming it on me and saying that we are only telling my part of the story. This place has the worst service and after service of any auto shop that I have experienced and advise against any client going there.
