Unprofessional staff and service

I have never net such rude nurses in my life,I got to the clinik at 7aam as I was told they start operating at 8am, which didn't happen, when I how on should we wait to be helped I got no answer but was just looked at and the nurses carried on chatting aroun.what made me more angry us that the family planning nurse was working by herself assisting over 20 people,which I don't understand if the clinic is short staffed or what, this is bull**** to be honest we don't come to this place to sit here the whole day we have to go to work as we have asked for time off this,please sort this ****py service her, to top it off the bathrooms smell terrible as I'd they haven't been cleaned in weeks this is suppose to b the most hygienic place but it's not I'm even afraid to get an infection here, I will never ever set my foot n in this please it's just a big disgrace, nxa
