No payment, no communication!

In September 2017 I received an email stating that my books on consignment have been sold and money was owed to me. I was requested to supply my banking details which I did immediately. Since then I have emailed, called, used their website's messaging service as well as try to contact them through their Facebook page but I have received no response and no payment. This is theft, pure and simple!
