No Payment!!

I sold a textbook online to **** my books, and dropped it off at their Stellenbosch Branch 2 days later. When I dropped it off I was told they don't have cash on site and would do an EFT to pay me for the book. On their website it sais it will take them up to 7 days to make the payment of an online sale. However I have been waiting over 2 months for them to pay me back for 1 book. I have phoned the different branches and emailed numerous people countless times, no one comes back to me and if I do get hold of someone, there is always some or other excuse. Terrible!!! Never making use of their service again.
