BLATANT THEFT

This **** my books better **** my wallet. In July I took my books to them to have it sold. They confirmed via WhatsApp that they sold two books already, they took my account details making me believe that I'm going to get my money. Nothing has happened ever since. It is now the end of October and still nothing has transpired. Their contact number's doesn't work, they don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages and make contact whenever it suits them via direct messaging on facebook. So how on earth does a book store that recently went online communicate to their customers? This is blatant theft. Education is expensive in this country, a student goes to a book store to sell their books that they spend thousands of rand's on, in the hopes to get a few hundred rand's back to buy their next prescribed book. But no this has proven to be an impossibility because **** MY BOOKS ROB STUDENTS. A one star rating is too good for such a business.
