A complete and total flatout ignore by the personel to any possible email or phone call to contact them!

They sell second hand book. I went onto their website and put my BKN numbers, on which the website told me that they will buy 4 handbooks worth of R1400 from me. So I received and email telling me to sent the books to them via Post Office or Courier. My sister sent the 4 books to them by Post Office on 7 July 2017. From then on, no response to emails and when I phone, I get the story of the week eg. No fetched the books from the Post Office, although they did receive my notice slip CN ********** 85ZA last scanned at Parow, Cape Province. Also they went on to a new system. Then they started with new couriers. Then the money would have been paid in to my account in a weeks time ..........
