Worst Tech Support in the World

Worst software support in “THE WORLD”!!! Consumer ratings – Proof! Need to install Pilot 4.3 on workstation. Normally procedure takes 15-20Min to complete. We have been online (Telephone) with Pilot for more that 12 hours, constantly having to wait hours (number 62 in line just to be disconnected when you get to number 3-4 OR when someone eventually answers: being told by *********** tech staff that they are very busy and will call you back (they never do), having to relive ‘Groundhog Day’ again and again.
