We have been a customer of Pilot for 13 years but recently had to upgrade our system due to a new PC. Change is always painful but the technicians, managers, hardware and installation specialists and trainers made the experience a very positive one for us. Pilot is a rare company in my opinion, without exception their staff members and employees really care about the customer and are proud of the product and I am proud to be a Pilot front end user.
