Shocking after-sales service!!!!

Pilot sold us their software for our restaurant and bar. We are situated on the Wild Coast and were assured that we would receive back-up service from East London. Needless to say, their is no support from East London so we have to deal with a busy call-centre (holding on for up to 30 minutes at a time - reminds me of Telkom). We have encountered so many problems with our system. Because there is no local support, we have to pay exorbitant prices for training etc from Port Elizabeth and pay for accommodation and food on top of it. I even resorted to complaining twice on their web-site and to this day have not received a response. If you do not live in a big center, I strongly advise against using Pilot Software! Their service is shocking and our system is on the verge of crashing due to non-support.
