Pilot Pen SA - Excellent Service

On the 18th March, a query was lodged, through Facebook, with Pilot Pen SA, for a particular fountain pen ink cartridge that the local stationery shops no longer had stock of. Within 2 hours, Pilot Pen SA gave an assurance that a representative of them, Stephen, would deliver the ink cartridges at Alfs Stationers, Florida, the following day. To my utter suprise, Alfs Stationers called by midday, confirming that the box of ink cartridges were available for collection, which was done the following day.

Thanks you so much for such a speedy and friendly response to Pilot Pen SA. It is trusly trusted that all other business's in SA will follow such an excellent service.
