Appalled and Disappointed

Not sure if anyone here uses Pillsquad but it is supposed to be a fast, secure and on time delivery of meds. As I am with bankmed, i was asked to register for this service as it is free and convenient.

To my disappointment, for the past four months now, I have been receiving my meds 6 to 7 days later, everytime I raise this, I just get an apology and told it wont happen and then it does, there is never an explanation provided.

I find this a terrible provider and will in future not make use of them. Medical aids should really check who they contract with, medication is something you rely on and need on time and if a provider is offering that service then they should ensure by all means they stick to offering the service promised.

Extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and meaningless excuses. So if you think of signing up with them, think again because you most probably not going to get your meds on time when you require.
