Pilditch autospray dont keep the promise to customers

More than 7 years Santam insurance referred me to Pilditch auto spray to respray my car ,and when done the said that their paint is life time quarantee to my surprise that paint is fading away ,then I went to them but instead of fixing it as per promised ,they came up with stories .so now i have to pay money on something they said is life time guarantee
