Teacher training

I've done my Mat Pilates course in the beginning of the year and had a good overall experience. The training was very in depth and I have gained lots of knowledge. The course instructor was excellent and showed us all the ins and outs of each pilates exercise. Studio is open to all students to complete training and observation hours and to join classes for free for the first few months. Lovely gardens and tranquil atmosphere that brings you into the right exercise mood. I can highly recommend this studio to future pilates trainees.
