Deon stayed in contact from the time we booked until we arrived. Despite the horror of the fire, they experienced he went above and beyond to make our stay most memorable. The food was amazing the accommodation was to die for. Jeandre our game boffin made sure our game drive was interesting as he is very knowledgeable. You are able to see game roaming while you have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them. I will definitely recommend Pilansberg Private Lodge to everyone because the service was outstanding in all respects. Thanks again to each and everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.
