Poor and pathetic service

So on 07/07/2020 we phones them twice to make sure of all the things we need to take with us to enter the park for 11/07/2020. They told us the park is open for self drive only lodges and picnic areas are closed. There was no mention of a cross border permit if you are from another province. We got screen and tgen was told at the gate sorry you dont have a cross border permit you cannot enter. You can see that guy at mogwase gate had a nice smug and smiling while he turns you away. We drove for 2 hours and 30 min just to be turned away by a arrogant employee. Maybe just tell people when they phone in you exact procedure. And 3 people of the household phoned to make sure and yet you cant even think of telling them about a permit and when we showed them that we have a worker permit allowing us to cross borders they still turn you down. Poor service. And yet you want to complain about the park not making money. You wont see me there again. I would rather get my papers and go to the Kruger National Park.
