Pee in Pilansberg!

Just spent 3 days traveling around the Pilansberg Nat. Park (Aug 2020) and as always, it was great to spend time with the animals, nature etc, BUT I have a complaint about the lack of bathrooms available and the state of the ones that were open. Pilansberg Center was closed totally, chained off so no half way spot to use the bathroom ( I heard that it opens on weekends! - Do people not have to go during the week?). That is very bad. The toilets at Manyane and Bakubung gates were unhygienic and there was no toilet paper most of the time. A notice said that the bathrooms were not be maintained daily due to Covid! That is absurd! It is more important to keep them clean during Covid than any other time! Not difficult. Staff can wear masks, sanitize, be alone while cleaning - just no excuse at all and it was all very disappointing indeed. Some camps, e.g Manyane were closed altogether due to be used as emergency quarantine camps. ALso, the potholes on the Bakubung road are terrible! In the middle and on the side of the roads so the driver has to keep an eye on the road at all times and cannot relax. I am very sad to see the Park in this state and pray that the management will reply to my comments both here and from an email I sent to the Park.
