FALSE ADMISSION FIGURE ON WEBSITE AND BAD STAFF ATTITUDE

<p>On Sunday 19th February 17 we were staying at Sun City and decided to go the Pilanesberg National Reserve. Because funds were low we googled the rates and decided to go to the Park based on the rates on the website. On arrival the rates were different. When discussing with the cashier that the rate being charged was not the same as on the website the cashier was not interested and said those rates are wrong and what she is charging is correct. Advertised was R65 per adult and R20 for a car therefore for 2 adults was R150. Our Invoice number 706462 shows 2 adults at R80 each and R40 for the car - a total of R200.</p> <p>I dont think this kind of attitude is acceptable - there was no apology at all - the attitude was "take it or leave it" - I wonder what foreigners think of this behaviour</p>
