Awful experience !!

<p>Think very seriously before booking at Bagatla Resort. For just under R 3000.00 a night for a 5 sleeper chalet, it was appaulling. There was no showerhead, so the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor, the bath was very badly scratched so you wouldnt want to use it and there was mould on the bathroom roof. The inside of the microwave was covered in rust. We requested another one and after three more microwaves being brought to us we realised that there were no microwaves available at the resort where the lining wasn't covered in rust. On our second day at Bagatla, the chalet had still not been serviced by 1.30 in the afternoon. We left 5 messages for Nick the Resort Manager and emailed Ann at Golden Leopard Resorts and neither of them have had the decency to contact us to explain why at that price, the chalet was in such a shocking condition !! The Resort is very tired and in dire need of some maintance !</p>
