Terrible customer service and photos not as she advertises

My wedding was more than four months ago. As part of the photography and videography package, I was supposed to receive a hightlight video, a USB with the photos and a photobook. Thus far I have only received her "edited" photos available on her website and a link to the remainder of the "edited" photos. She has ghosted me and my family and blocked me on social media. After signing an agreement with her that I would receive the USB etc by post on a date specified by her, she (again) failed to deliver. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
