Huge Delay in Photos - Since December 2022

I expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the services (or rather lack thereof) I have received from your apparent business. Our wedding took place in December 2022, and despite the considerable amount of time that has passed since then, ongoing follow ups from both my wife and I, I have yet to receive the bulk of my wedding photos.

The continuous stream of excuses, accompanied by various reasons for the delay, has pushed my patience to its absolute limit. To make matters worse, there has been a complete lack of communication from your end recently. Honestly, your business practices are not only below par, but bordering on what I would consider to be ********.

Like many others on this platform, I have paid for the services your company claims to provide. It is utterly unacceptable that, up to this point, I have not received all of the photos I am owed. A quick scan of the numerous complaints on your page reveals that my experience is far from unique.

Erna Atmore, wherever you may be, I demand you to act swiftly and send us our wedding photos. The frustration and disappointment I have experienced throughout this extended waiting period are inexcusable. You have already been compensated for your services; now, it is high time you fulfill your end of the agreement and deliver what we paid for.

Time is of the essence, and I trust that you will take this situation as seriously as it deserves.
