Do not use

My wedding was 16 weeks ago and my photos are now 4 weeks over due. The customer service I have received from Piktografi is appalling!! My emails chasing the photos go repeatedly unanswered and when they do respond there is excuse after excuse as to why I have not received them.

I was first told they had been sent and they must be in my junk folder to then have various other excuses afterwards as to why they were not sent (contradicting the initial response that they had been sent).

My wedding planner has now stepped in and has been contacting them to chase the photos. My planner is also receiving excuse after excuse.

Completely unacceptable and I am left wondering if I am ever going to receive my photos.
