7 MONTHS And Still Waiting On My Refund!

I booked Erna for my Wedding on the 9th of September 2022 for the 25th of February 2023, but my wedding was unfortunately cancelled by December 2022.

I informed Erna and asked for a refund. Her reply was that she will only refund 50% of the amount, even though this cancelation policy was never disclosed in any communication, quotes or on her website.

Fine, accept the 50% cancellation fee, please refund the remaining amount, even though se request 100% payment upfront to book your date. It is 7 months later, and I have yet to receive my refund. Erna makes promises after promises, excuses and stories and now just ignores me.

From all the other reviews I've seen on HelloPeter, it is clear to rather choose a wedding photographer with a better reputation.
