Doggie Parlor from Hell

My 74 year mom owns Terry small morky for the last 14 years. She took him in good faith to be pampered. Instead she got her dog back nearly walking. Back legs were lame. On examination it confirmed Terry was struck over his spine causing a lot of pain and temporary paralyses. When she contacted the Parlor, they denied hurting terry.
