WON\T PICK UP REFUSE OUTSIDE MY HOUSE"

I raised a complaint before about how my bin gets used by everyone to dump there ******* which ends in a disaster. the last time the bin broke. It was agreed that they would collect my ******* in the bags. now I have 3 bags of ******* outside my house all scattered everywhere because the recycling guys never collected it. <br> only because I left 3 bags of grass as well. the dumps do not allow my gardener to dump the grass. they only allows him to dump once and that it is. So what the hell do you expect me to do with the grass , never mind them not even bothering to take the *******. These are the same guys that I always tip or give them something to drink for their effort. I don't know why I even ****** bother. I will NOT pay for refuse in future due to the fact that all the ******* is outside as well as the grass. YOUR STUPID dumps will not take the grass. Now I must wait for all the ******* to blow all over and let the area look like a ******* dump. I cannot send my gardener every week to be turned away. Sort this damn thing out!!!!<br> I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER CENT FOR REFUSE UNTIL THIS IS SORTED OUT!!!!<br>
